2024 Youth Services Conference

March 10-11, 2024  

The Youth Services Division is excited to announce that the Youth Services Conference is moving to the Spring in 2024 at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Programming has also been extended to two full days of education, networking, and fun! The schedule will go live mid-January and will continue to be updated as sessions and presenters are confirmed.

Please complete the LEU form here. You can access your LEU transcripts within your ILF portal account 30-45 days post-event. If you have any issues, email Caroline White at [email protected]

Exhibitors and sponsors are the lifeblood of successful events. It takes your support and commitment to ILF to provide our members with top notch programming, speakers, and education. It also gives you an opportunity to put your products and services in front of library professionals from across the state. Below are the exhibitor and sponsorship options available. 

Exhibitors will receive a detailed event report from Caroline White within 5-7 business days post-event. If you have any questions related to your invoice and/or experience, don't hesitate to reach out. 

 

ILF Cancellation Policy

Below are the cancellation refund timelines. Full conference refunds outside of the timelines listed below are subject to refund on a case-by-case situation. ILF completely understands that life happens and things are often out of our control, so we will always do what we can to work with you. These policies help us ensure we are financially responsible with our event programming as the possibility of these events depend on your event participation and support. Thank you for supporting ILF. If you have any questions, please email Caroline White. 

Registration cancellation refund requests between December 11 - February 11 are refunded in full. 

Registration cancellation refund requests between February 12 - March 3 are refunded at 50% of the total registration cost. Unpaid invoices are still expected to be paid upon cancellation. 

Registration cancellation refund requests after March 3 are not subject to refund. If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please email Caroline White and she will work with you. 

If you would like to transfer a registration to another person, please email Caroline White. Registration transfers are permitted throughout the entire registration period. Registration transfer requests after March 3 are not guaranteed.
