Sponsors and Exhibitors have opportunities to network and educate librarians from throughout the state of Indiana that work in the Public, School and Academic library settings.

Exhibitor Opportunities include a booth:

For-Profit Organizations: $850.00
Not for Profit Organizations: $450.00

Exhibitor setup will occur on Monday, November 14, starting at 2:00pm. Exhibitor hours on Tuesday will be 10:00am - 5:30pm and Wednesday from 9:15am - 3:15pm. 

Sponsorship Opportunities include:

• Speaker Sponsor - $2000.00 -- logo displayed prominently on conference materials, a representative will be able to introduce themselves and the speaker they are sponsoring.
• Awards Banquet - $1000.00 - logo displayed prominently on conference materials and the event.  Sponsors will be verbally recognized as part of the award presentation.
• Book Awards Luncheon - $1500.00 logo displayed prominently on conference materials and at the book awards event.  Sponsors will be verbally recognized as part of the luncheon program.
• Exhibitor Break - $2000.00 logo displayed on sponsor signage and at the break.
• Pre-Conference - $1500.00 logo displayed on sponsor signage with sponsors verbally thanked at the Pre-Conference
• Special Event Bus Transportation - $1400.00 logo displayed on sponsor signage and outside the buses.
