ILF brought Regional Conferences back in 2023 and they were a huge hit with record attendance across all four locations. We can't wait to show you what we have in store for 2024.

Regional Conference Sponsor Opportunities 

ILF Regional Conferences are designed to provide excellent educational programming and next-level tech and product services to ILF members on a smaller, more local level. Sponsors are the lifeblood of successful events. It takes your support and commitment of ILF to provide this experience to ILF members on a regional level. ILF Cancellation Policy

Below are the cancellation refund timelines. Full conference refunds outside of the timelines listed below are subject to refund on a case-by-case situation. ILF completely understands that life happens and things are often out of our control, so we will always do what we can to work with you. These policies help us ensure we are financially responsible with our event programming as the possibility of these events depend on your event participation and support. Thank you for supporting ILF. If you have any questions, please email Caroline White. 

Registration cancellation refund requests between January 29 - March 29 are refunded in full. 

Registration cancellation refund requests between March 30 -  April 5 are refunded at 50% of the total registration cost. Unpaid invoices are still expected to be paid upon cancellation. 

Registration cancellation refund requests after April 5 are not subject to refund. If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please email Caroline White and she will work with you. 

If you would like to transfer a registration to another person, please email Caroline White. Registration transfers are permitted throughout the entire registration period. Registration transfer requests after April 5 are not guaranteed.
