Edra Waterman

Director, Anderson Public Library

A lifelong Hoosier, Edra Waterman has spent her career serving communities across Indiana. She previously led Hamilton East Public Library through a series of high-profile challenges and was recognized in 2025 as a Library Journal Mover & Shaker in the Change Agent category.

A past ILF President and recipient of the 2024 Outstanding Librarian Award, Edra continues her leadership as Director of the Anderson Public Library, advocating for libraries as essential community institutions.

ILF Cancellation Policy

Below are the cancellation refund timelines. Full Regional Conference refunds outside of the timelines listed below are subject to review on a case-by-case basis. ILF understands that circumstances arise, and we will always do what we can to work with you.

These policies help ensure responsible planning and sustainability of our events. Thank you for your support of ILF. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].

Full Refund:
Cancellation requests made between registration and two weeks prior to the event are eligible for a full refund.

50% Refund:
Cancellation requests made within two weeks of the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Unpaid invoices are still expected to be paid upon cancellation.

No Refund:
Cancellation requests made within one week of the event are not eligible for a refund. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact ILF to discuss your situation.

Registration Transfers:
Transfers to another participant are permitted throughout the registration period by emailing [email protected]. Transfer requests within one week of the event are not guaranteed.
