Smith Expo is the General Service Contractor that has been selected to provide furnishings such as additional tables, chairs, carpet, specialty furniture requests, accessories, freight and material handling (shipping). The discounted advance ordering and freight deadline is Friday, November 15, 2024 at 3pm EST. Order forms should be sent to [email protected] and questions may be directed to Mike at 317-362-6890. 

After the conference, you will leave your pre-paid UPS/FedEx labeled packages inside your booth and Smith Expo will take those packages to FedEx/UPS. Heather will be on-site at the service desk to handle any questions onsite.
